Road Repair Update

Good afternoon Waterside,

Thank you for the inquiries and interest in our upcoming special meeting and vote.

There will not be a special assessment at this time.

Since implementing dues increases for road funds and other expenditures, the Association has saved over $200,000 that should cover the expected initial needed major repairs.  Our goal is to achieve the immediate and imperative road repairs before the end of this Summer.  We anticipate 5-7 days of work required in the neighborhood depending on our weather and other issues.  The objective this round is to improve the safety and longevity of our roads, while allowing us some time before total resurfacing will be necessary.  

Budgeting for our roads can be complicated given the facts that prices can move with the market, contractor quality, and the macro environment uncontrollable issues.
